SFI Health Agiofibe 250g
Agiofibe contains an optimal balance of insoluble and soluble fibre, to support healthy bowel function and regular bowel movement.
Active Ingredients
Each 5g (approx. 1 teaspoon) contains Psyllium in the form of:
- Plantago ovata seeds, dry 3.25 g
- Ispaghula husk 0.11g
Directions & Warnings
- Adults: Take 2 rounded teaspoons (10g) in the evening, followed by a glass of water. If required, an additional an additional 1 or 2 teaspoonfuls before breakfast can be taken in the morning. Use in children under 12 years is not recommended. Agiofibe granules should be swallowed unchewed with a glass of water (approx. 250 ml)
- Agiofibe granules are coated, making them convenient and easy to swallow. Agiofibe must not be chewed, but can be swallowed whole or mixed with any semi-liquid food, such as yoghurt. Drink plenty of water. Contains sucrose.
- Agiofibe is a high quality dietary fibre supplement that is well tolerated and used worldwide to support bowel health.
Always read the label and follow the directions for use. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding seek advice of a health professional before taking this product. Drink plenty of water. If symptoms persist talk to your health professional. Contains sucrose.
