Calcium maintains bone density, healthy teeth, nerve conduction, healthy muscle contraction and heart health. Calcium, vitamin D and vitamin K2 maintain bone health. Vitamin D supports absorption of dietary calcium and phosphorus.
Eucommia ulmoides is traditionally used in Chinese Medicine to help promote bone strength, maintain tendon health and relieve mild joint aches and pains.
