- Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3) 500 IU
- Zinc citrate dihydrate 24.59 mg

Directions for use
- Take one capsule twice per day on an empty stomach, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
- If you experience stomach discomfort, it is advisable to take this product with food.
- Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
