Traditionally used in homeopathic medicine to help relieve aches and pains of bruising and minor injuries after knocks and falls, and soreness after overexertion, for example after exercise.

Ingredients
Each 1g (approx. 120 pilules) sucrose pilules contains: Arnica montana, fresh whole plant 4x, 10mg.
- Contains sugars

Directions
- In acute cases let 5 pilules (child under 7 years) or 15 pilules (7 years to adult) dissolve under the tongue every 15 minutes.
- After 6 doses take every hour.
- Reduce the number of doses, as relief is obtained, to 3 times daily at least 15 minutes before meals.
- Or as directed by your health care professional.
