Directions

Take 1 tablet morning and 1 tablet evening daily (2 tablets daily) with a glass of water.

Magnesium glycinate, Piper longum L., Pinus pinaster Aiton., pyridoxine hydrochloride, mecobalamin, colecalciferol, thiamine nitrate, riboflavin, Biotin, folic acid, nicotinamide, calcium pantothenate, microcrystalline cellulose, carmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, Hypromellose, magnesium stearate, glycerol.

• Biotin (B7) 75μg
• Folic acid 100μg
• Nicotinamide (Niacin B3) 24mg
• Calcium pantothenate (Pantothenic acid B5) 9mg
• Cholecalciferol (D3) 10μg
• Pinus pinaster extract (pine) 75mg
• Equiv dry stem and bark 1.125mg
• Piper longum extract (long pepper) 6mg
• Equiv dry fruit 42mg
