Directions
Adults: Take 1 tablet per day with a glass of water.
Ingredients
Ascophyllum nodosum (kelp powder), Undaria pinnatifida (wakame seaweed extract), Chondrus crispus (Irish sea moss).
Also contains: Maltodextrin, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, silicon dioxide, glycerol.
Each Capsule Contains
- Ascophyllum nodosum (kelp) (whole plant) - 200 mg
- Equivalent to iodine – 150 micrograms
- Undaria pinnatifida (wakame) (whole plant) extract (30:1) - 150 mg
- Equivalent to dry plant – 4.5 g
- Chondrus crispus (Irish sea moss) (whole plant) extract (10:1) – 100 mg
- Equivalent to dry plant – 1 g
- Equivalent to iodine – 30 micrograms
